🌴 Tropical City Jazz, led by guitarist Bryan Mays, delivers smooth, feel-good music that moves the soul. Whether performing solo or with his band, Bryan brings energy, passion, and connection to every performance, creating an unforgettable musical journey. ☀️

Bryan began his career in the late 1990s in Southwest Florida, mastering his craft as a sideman across various genres. A Berklee College of Music graduate (Magna Cum Laude, 2007), he developed his signature style—a fusion of blues, soul, rock, jazz, Caribbean, and more. Since moving to Orlando in 2008, Bryan has led his own groups, starting with the Bryan Mays Trio, and now performing as Tropical City Jazz. His music has been showcased on WUCF 89.9 FM and featured at festivals, venues, and private events throughout Central Florida.

Rooted in jazz but fluent in contemporary styles, Bryan’s philosophy is simple: “Music to me falls into two categories—music that goes in my body and music that doesn’t. I just try to make my soul sing through it.”
